Answer
When connecting the MELSEC iQ-F series (FX5U, FX5UC, FX5UJ, or FX5S) via Ethernet, set Port No. in Connected Ethernet Controller Setting as shown in Table 2.
Select "FX5CPU" for the Unit Type field in Connected Ethernet Controller Setting.
