Answer
CW-SIM is a simulation software that allows a VxWorks program to be executed on a personal computer without a
C Controller module. There are two types of CW-Sim simulation environments.
- CW-Sim (license product: SW1DNC-CWSIM-E, additional product: SW1DNC-CWSIM-EZ)
Programs can be debugged on a personal computer on which CW Workbench is installed.
- CW-Sim Standalone (SW1DNC-CWSIMSA-E)
Programs can be executed on a personal computer whether or not CW Workbench is installed on the computer.
- Single step executions (line debugging) are impossible.
