Is the current signal output (4 to 20 mA) available?

Yes. It is available by using the FR-A7AY (plug-in option). By setting Pr.307 (Setting for zero analog output) to "20" and Pr.309 (Analog output signal voltage/current switchover) to "10", 4 to 20 mA output is enabled.
