ACB Ground fault protection
Is it possible to protect against ground fault current?
Answer
Ground fault protection (GFR) is prepared as option, it is possible to detect and
protect against ground fault current. "Trip" or "Alarm signal output" can be selected, and also ground fault operating current and time are adjustable. It is not possible to produce if it is AE630-SW and the maximum rated current (In: CT rating) is 500A or less. Moreover, if protecting ground fault current with 3-pole ACB in 3-phase 4-wire circuit, N phase-CT is necessary to measure N pole current.
