- Category :
Answer
There are three types of parameters in GX Works3; "System parameter", "CPU parameter", and "Module parameter".
You can set the following items with each parameter.
(1) System parameter
This type of parameter is used for setting the items required to configure a system, such as the number of slots of a base unit,
the number of occupied stations, multiple CPU setting, and synchronization setting.
(2) CPU parameter
This type of parameter is used for setting operation details of CPU module functions.
(3) Module parameter
This type of parameter is used for setting an initial setting value or refresh setting of each module.
For specific intelligent modules, setting of "Module extended parameter" is required.
