Help window not displayed
In Windows7, the "Windows Help Support" window is displayed instead of the Help window. Why does this occur?

Answer
This occurs because software required to display the Help window is not installed as standard in Windows7. Download the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows 7 from the Microsoft Support website and install it.
