Is it possible to retain the auto tuning setting value of the temperature control module L60TCTT4BW after the power is turned OFF?

Use the automatic backup setting.
While "1: enabled" is set in the CH[] automatic backup setting after auto tuning of PID constants in the buffer memory (Un\G63, Un\G95, Un\G127, Un\G159), the buffer memory data can be automatically backed up in the non-volatile memory when auto tuning is done.
