Regarding CC-Link IE Field Network Station Type
What is the difference between a local station and an intelligent device station? Also, I want to use the FX5-CCLIEF with the FX5 CPU module, does it support the master function?
Answer
Local stations can obtain information about all device stations.
Intelligent device stations can only obtain information about their own stations.
FX5-CCLIEF does not support master stations, but spports the intelligent device stations.
