Regarding Boot Operation procedures
How do I perform a boot operation?
Answer
The boot operation function is configured and executed from the GX Works3 parameter settings as follows.
(1) Open the boot configuration screen.
From the GX Works3 navigation, click Parameters > CPU Module Name > Memory Card Parameters > Boot Settings.
(2) From the boot file settings, set the file type and data name to boot.
(3) Write the boot configuration and boot files to the SD memory card installed in the CPU Module.
(4) Turn the power of the CPU Module OFF→ON or reset.
