Answer
For MX Component Ver.5, Ver. 5.000A or later supports the FX5U/FX5UC/FX5UJ CPU modules, and Ver. 5.003D or later supports the FX5S CPU module.
Also, both serial and Ethernet communications are supported.
MX Component Ver. 4 supports FX5U/FX5UC CPU modules with Ver. 4.09 K and later, and FX5UJ CPU modules with Ver. 4.21 X and later.
