What should I do if the FX5-4A-ADP or FX5-4DA-ADP generates an H3081 error code?

H3081 is caused by an analog ADP power failure and the analog ADP is not receiving power normally. The FX5-4A-ADP and FX5-4DA-ADP are adapters that require power supply, so make sure the power connector is wired to the bottom of the adapter.
