Causes to why SD1286 does not turn on during socket communication of LCPU
SD1286 (Receive state signal) does not turn on during socket communication of L series CPU. What are the possible causes?

- Whether the external device specifies the port number of the corresponding connection to the L series CPU.
- In the TCP fixed-length receive mode, whether the size of the data sent by the external device is the same as
the specified receive data size.
