I cannot convert a circuit created with GX Developer.
When I create a program and execute (operate) the conversion with GX Developer in the offline status (No programmable controller has been connected), a communication error message is displayed and the program is not converted.

Answer
When the conversion is executed, online change is automatically executed.
When the online change at the upper right section of the setting in "Options" of "Tools" from the GX Developer tool bar has been set to "After conversion, Write during RUN", change it to "After conversion, Don't write to PLC".
