Operation error of the instruction that handles the present value of a high-speed counter

Answer
The present value register of the high-speed counter is the 32-bit register. The applied instruction handling the 32-bit register must be the 32-bit instruction.
If the 16-bit instruction is used, an operation error occurs.
If the 16-bit instruction is used, an operation error occurs.
