When editing the USB memory parameter copy file, the CP1 file is specified and edited. Can I generate a new CP1 file and transfer it to the inverter without using the existing CP1 file?

Only the parameter setting values (USB memory parameter copy file: CP1 file) read from the inverter to USB memory can be edited. Customers cannot generate a CP1 file.
