A100 inverter loss
Before delivering the 3.7 to 7.5K inverters, economy analysis is requested.
The A100 technical material provides heat generation data and the total load efficiency for the 3.7 to 7.5K class is 95% or less. Can I use these values for analysis?

Answer
The inverter efficiency (power factor) for the inverter alone is approximately 75 to 80%.
However, by installing the power factor improving DC reactor to the inverter, the power factor increases to 95%.
Also, the heat generation quantity with only the inverter power supply turned ON is approximately 25% of the heat generation quantity for the inverter rated output current, due to power supply to the fan and power consumption inside the inverter.
