You can change it by changing the setting of Pr.72 (PWM frequency selection).
Setting range of Pr.72: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (Initial setting is "6".) (The smaller the value is, the lower the carrier frequency becomes.)

Be sure to change the carrier frequency while the inverter is stopped.
