Torque control accuracy
How accurate is torque control?
- Category :
Answer
Since the torque control accuracy is influenced by change of motor temperature:
- Standard product???±5% (at 75 deg C) ±0.5%/deg C of rated torque
- Combination of plug-in option FR-VPC and vector control dedicated motor with thermistor???±5% (at 75 deg C) ±3% of rated torque
By initial adjustment to:
- Combination of plug-in option FR-VPC and vector control dedicated motor with thermistor???±4% (= ±1% (repetition accuracy) ±3% (temperature fluctuation))
