Frequency setting
I have set Pr.79 (Operation mode) to "3" and turned the setting dial to set the frequency, but the motor does not rotate even when the terminals STF and SD are short-circuited.
Why is this?
Any other wires are not connected to the control circuit.

When turning the setting dial to set the frequency, press the "SET" key while the desired value blinks. (The setting frequency and "F" flicker alternately.)
