Frequency setting
I set Pr.79 (Operation mode) to "3" (Combined operation mode) and short-circuit the terminals STF and SD from an external source.
If multi-speed selection is ON, changing the frequency using the setting dial does not change the running frequency. Why is this?

This is due to specifications that multi-speed selection is prioritized and setting with the setting dial is ignored.
