Power factor of inverter drive

The power factor is specified as 97% or higher in the mechanical specifications.
I have to submit the calculated power factor before starting design. Are there any other methods than inserting the AC and DC reactors to improving the power factor when using the inverter?
The total power factor needs to be 97% or higher. What else should I care?
Category :

Answer

Under 100% load, the power factors of the AC and DC reactors are 90% and 95%, respectively. For a line with no inverter control, use a power factor correction capacitor or similar means to improve the power factor to obtain the total power factor 97% or higher.
To ensure the power factor of 97% or higher with the inverter alone, use the high power factor converter (FR-HC).
Under 100% load, 99% or higher power factor is ensured.
(Note) When the load factor of reactors and high power factor converter decrease, the power factor slightly decreases.
