Fault contact state when input side power supply is cut off

When the inverter's input side power supply is cut off (for example, in case of emergency stop) in the following cases, does the fault (B) contact open even momentarily?
1. During startup of the inverter (with input present at terminal STF or STR)
2. Other than above
After the contact opens, when does it close again?

Answer

The NC contact does not open when the power supply is cut off whether the inverter is operating or ceased.
When the input side power supply is cut off, the DC bus voltage drops. When it drops to a certain level, a warning (not a fault) "UV" is displayed and the output is blocked. However, the fault contact does not operate.
