When the inverter is set to 0 Hz output, is the inverter's output voltage the same as the torque boost value voltage?
For example, for manual torque boost 5% (V/F, 200 V, 60 Hz operation), is 10 VDC voltage applied to the motor at 0 Hz?

When the command frequency is 0 Hz, the inverter does not generate output and the voltage is 0 V.
