Common terminals of control circuit
The technical material instructs not to ground the common terminals of the control circuit. Why is this? What happens if it is grounded?

If you ground the common terminals of the control circuit, it is connected with the inverter's earthing and the inverter's noise may be input to the control circuit to cause malfunction.
