How to use the "S/S" terminal
How do you use the "S/S" terminal of the MELSEC-F series?
Answer
The "S/S" terminal is used to switch the input type (sink input and source input).
For the source input, connect the "S/S" terminal to the "0V" terminal, and short-circuit between the "24V" terminal and the "- input terminal: X□□□" to turn on the input.
For the sink input, connect the "S/S" terminal to the "24V" terminal, and short-circuit between the "0V" terminal and the "- input terminal: X□□□" to turn on the input.
For the source input, connect the "S/S" terminal to the "0V" terminal, and short-circuit between the "24V" terminal and the "- input terminal: X□□□" to turn on the input.
For the sink input, connect the "S/S" terminal to the "24V" terminal, and short-circuit between the "0V" terminal and the "- input terminal: X□□□" to turn on the input.
