Which type of programmable controller from MELSEC-F series has no battery installed?
Answer
A battery is used for backing up program memory and latched device data and maintaining clock operation in the event of a power failure.
The FX3S/FX3G/FX3GC series main units do not use a battery.
For the FX3G/FX3GC series main units, an optional battery can be used.
The FX3S/FX3G/FX3GC series main units do not use a battery.
