Is the program to set the operation mode described in the Instruction Manual of the FR-A7NC always necessary?

If Pr.340 (Communication startup mode selection) and Pr.79 (Operation mode selection) are set so that the inverter starts CC-Link operation from power-on and does not switch to any other modes, this program is not necessary.
