Countermeasure against harmonics

I am considering to use four FR-F540-15K units to control the pump speed.
What should I do with to suppress harmonics?
The four units are the total load.

Answer

The following countermeasure against harmonics is available with the inverter.
The values are quoted from the harmonic suppression guidelines.

1. Insert the AC reactor (FR-BAL).
Effect: 5th harmonics 38%, 7th harmonics 14.5%
2. Insert the DC reactor (FR-BEL). Some of the old inverter types do not support this reactor.
Effect: 5th harmonics 30%, 7th harmonics 13%
3. Install the high power factor converter (FR-HC).
Effect: 5th harmonics 0%, 7th harmonics 0% (harmonics current = 0%)

The harmonic suppression guidelines defines the upper limit value of the harmonics current depending on the contract demand. Take a measure so that this upper limit value is not exceeded.
