Are there any settings specific to the electronic thermal O/L relay when using a constant-torque motor?

Set Pr.9 to the rated current at 50 Hz or a value 1.1 times as the rated current at 60 Hz.
You can specify the motor type with Pr.71 (Applied motor). For a constant-torque motor, set Pr.71= 1.
