Functions available when using inverter on CC-Link
While using the Mitsubishi FR-A500 series inverter over CC-Link, can I also use the regular terminal block wire functions?
(Example)
Attach a relay to the RUN signal terminal so that when the inverter starts operation, the relay works to drive the brake circuit to release the brake.
Can I implement this control flow on an inverter linked via CC-Link?

Answer
You can use the regular terminal block wire functions during CC-Link operation.
Set Pr.338 (Operation command source) and Pr.339 (Speed command source) to enable signals input from the external terminals.
For the output signals, the terminals are already enabled and no additional setting is required.
