Speed does not exceed 46 Hz

After auto tuning the FR-E520-1.5K under magnetic flux vector control, its speed rapidly drops to 0 Hz at around 46 Hz.
Even when the inverter is stably rotating, it easily stops when I hold the driven winding machine that is rotating slowly with hand.
The current monitor shows approximately 2 A in this situation and is sufficiently lower than the rated current 6.4 A.
With the acceleration time set to 10 sec and the deceleration time set to 2 sec, it accelerates and decelerates to the stable frequency.
Capacities of the inverter and motor are the same.
Also, the high duty brake resistor (FR-ABR-2.2K) is installed.
How can I resolve this problem?

Answer

Since the inverter displayed "0.00" instead of an error when the inverter speed dropped to 0 Hz and stopped by holding the winding machine by hand, it is considered that the speed command was changed to "0" or the start command was turned OFF.
Also, since the output current is low as well as the high duty brake is used, it does not seem that the protective function worked.

As you performed auto tuning under magnetic flux vector control, switch to the V/F control mode and check if the inverter operates normally. If it does, it is probable that proper auto tuning data could not be acquired in auto tuning for some reason.

Perform auto tuning again.
