Frequency setting
An external start command is input to the terminals STF and SD, and the frequency is set with the setting dial.
Pr.79 (Operation mode) is set to "3". Can I occasionally adjust the frequency with voltage input from an external source?

Answer
You can change the terminal 4 to voltage input. (The terminal 4 is set to the current input terminal at the initial setting.)
To change the terminal 4 to voltage input: Set Pr.267 (Terminal 4 input selection) to "1 or 2" and set the voltage/current switch on the inverter board to "V".
To enable input to the terminal 4, set an unused terminal (for example, Pr.180 for high speed (RH) of the multi-speed function) to "4".
Terminals AU and SD are short-circuited and frequency setting from the terminal 4 becomes enabled.
