Rated capacity related to harmonic suppression guidelines
The Instruction Manual explains with a table that the rated capacity used in calculation of the equivalent capacity of a device that generates harmonics is determined by the applied motor capacity. However, it seems that the guidelines explain that it is determined by the input side (converter's) capacity.

Answer
The usual inverter input current is determined not by the inverter capacity but by the motor capacity (motor load).
Therefore, the input side capacity is not determined by the inverter's rated capacity, but by the motor capacity.
Therefore, the input side capacity is not determined by the inverter's rated capacity, but by the motor capacity.
