Single-phase power supply drive
I am considering to use a single-phase 200 V power supply with the inverter. If I use a three-phase 200 V, 3.7 kW standard induction motor, should I choose an inverter with the capacity that is two times the motor rated capacity?
Can I use the inverter?

Answer
For a single-phase 200 V power supply, you can use the FR-E520S series for up to 0.75 kW motor.
If you use the three-phase 200 V power supply inverter with a single-phase 200 V power supply, you can use an inverter of 3.7 kW or lower by reducing the inverter's current capacity to 1/3.
