I want to install the heat sink outside the enclosure using the FR-A5CN03, but the environment is bad and it is exposed to the spray of water there. Do I need some waterproof measure?

Answer
Since the heat sink and fan are not waterproof, you need to enclose them so that they are not exposed to the spray of water.
If you use the inverter (heat sink and fan) in a closed environment, you need to take a measure to cool it.
